
Heather Cooper
Heather is an experienced executive coach, consultant and senior team developer. Heather has worked in the management development function of a leading retailer and has led the HR Consultancy Practice of one of the Big 4 firms in the UK, running numerous assignments within blue chip companies both in the UK and globally. As one of the Directors at Partner Development LLP, she specializes in supporting individuals in senior management roles to achieve their goals, particularly working with the growth and career advancement of the female leader.
Heather has an advanced post-graduate diploma in Executive Coaching and is a member of the Faculty of the Academy of Executive Coaching where she is involved in the education of experienced coaches across Europe. Typically Heather works with her clients for 6 to 12 months often to support them as they move to a new role. She has developed her own coaching model (The Coaching Vowels) which she developed through personal experiences and by drawing from a diverse range of models and approaches. This includes Transactional Analysis, Systems Thinking (Mary Beth O’Neil), Kolb learning styles, Emotional Intelligence (Goleman), Gestalt and the Transformational Coaching Model.
Heather offers deep expertise in working with the professional services industry. Her clients typically hold senior positions and have responsibility for leading significant areas of business.

Deborah Goodwin
Deborah is an executive coaching specialising in professional services firms. She has over 25 years of working within professional services firms, 15 of these at partner level. For the last five years she has concentrated on leadership and executive coaching. Deborah focuses on the development of people on transition to partnership, those taking leadership positions, those exploring new market opportunities and those exploring the need to achieve sustainability in a challenging environment. Deborah has worked with clients and teams in the UK, US Canada and Europe. She has studied with the Institute of Psychology and Psychotherapy is also training in Cognitive Behavioural Techniques. She is licensed for the Leadership Architect Suite to deliver Lominger products and services.
Deborah has also been the Managing Partner of Consultancy and Technical Departments.
She has helped many organisations through their change management and cultural change programmes. She is a Chartered Accountant and understands the dynamics of the creative and motivational side of people management. She has been described as motivational and inspiring, capable of empowering individuals to enable them to fulfil their potential, whilst ensuring that they make a significant contribution to their organisation.
